    1. Flour your workbench properly
    2. Spread your handmade dough in a circle about 32 cm in diameter
    3. Press with the cut stamp on the side you want the patterns to appear
    4. Carefully remove the parts needed and hold them to decorate your tart.
    5. Place the round dough on a floured rolling pin and place it on the tart to cover it.
    6. If you like you can use the other pieces for decoration
