 Before the first use and after several uses, clean with warm soapy water only by hand.
 Preheat the pan over medium heat and grease with oil or butter
 Serve 2 tablespoons in each tray until the bubbles in the center and the edges of the pancakes are golden.
 Turn each one separately with a NON-metal object and continue baking until a toothpick comes out without moisture. We suggest using a wooden spatula or a small silicone spatula to turn them.
 For your convenience in turning, you can leave a case free so once one is ready to turn you can place it there.
 Cleaning it in a dishwasher reduces the life time of the utensil.
 It is safe to use in electric hob, gas or ceramic oven.
